Quality worship is worship that is well organized including the time of worship. All parts of worship need to be given proportional time so that no time is wasted on the other hand the congregation is spiritually awakened. This study uses a qualitative approach to describe the importance of worship time management in the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia (GPdI) Tiberias Pare and its supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study and interview approach, the research data was obtained with an interview instrument against 7 informants of local church activists or servants. Based on field data analysis, it was found that GPdI has implemented worship time management and proven to improve the quality of worship and even the quantity of worshipers. In its application, there are factors that support and hinder.
